AutoTrak eXact
Improving well placement in complex environments
4¾-in. AutoTrak eXact RSS
The Baker Hughes 4¾-in. AutoTrak™ eXact drilling system combines a robust and strong Rotary Closed Loop System (RCLS) with advanced formation evaluation measurements. The design of the 4¾-in. AutoTrak eXact Rotary Steerable System (RSS) is based on our proven AutoTrak technology, the industry's most advanced, accurate and reliable RSS.
To maximize horizontal reservoir exposure and avoid directional work in troublesome formations, the service is capable of drilling curves up to 10°/100ft, straight tangent and horizontal sections, or other complex directional profiles with superior hole quality and consistent performance, reducing overall time on well and improving the efficiency of completion operations.
Real time, near bit directional and vibration measurements, inclination, rotating azimuth, deep azimuthal resistivity, azimuthal gamma, downhole pressure and multiple propagation resistivity data is gathered to assure accurate formation evaluation while drilling for optimum wellbore placement, with maximum certainty.
The 4¾-in. AutoTrak eXact service is compatible with the latest Baker Hughes measurement while drilling (MWD) and logging while drilling (LWD) services. This enables operators to obtain accurate and comprehensive formation evaluation and reservoir data to place the well exactly where it needs to be. Baker Hughes has designed the bottom-hole assembly (BHA) with optimized Talon™PDC and Kymera™ Hybrid drill bits to work as a system, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability and consistency.
6¾-in. AutoTrak eXact High-build Rate RSS
The Baker Hughes AutoTrak™ eXact drilling system expands our service portfolio by offering high build-up rates (BUR) with advanced formation evaluation measurements. Another step forward derived from nearly two decades of experience in rotary steerable system (RSS) development and operation around the globe.
